I love having the carers, Kaelah and Kasie. They are both great cooks, which helps so much with my Dad's care. He has another carer, Reta, who comes and bathes him twice a week. She is also brilliant. I'm not sure I could survive this time without their help. They are the best, all 3 of them. Thank you, Bright Star!!!

The first worker that came was nice, just the initial visit. The second person didn’t wash his hands before touching stuff and putting on his gloves to touch my pic line. I thought I was having a reaction to the meds and instead of saying around to see if I was ok, he left. I have asked he never come back to my house. I don’t know this company. My doctors office see this up. Not impressed so far.

I have used Bright Star for the last year for my mom and they have been amazing! They have been very helpful and when they are with my mom it gives me a tremendous peace of mind. The caregiver we consistently use for my mom takes such good care of her and goes above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend using Bright Star.

The people who came to my home (a nurse and a PT) were lovely, but I'm taking off stars because I felt a bit hoodwinked by the company in general. I was never asked for a copay the entire time I had therapy (which was several weeks). Then a whole year later I received 2 huge bills. I spoke with them several times to protest the charges but they would not remove the charges. Had they told me I would have had to pay more, I would have chosen someplace more affordable. Then the fact that the bills did not arrive until 1 year later seems very fishy to me. I really hate to give lower stars because the PT was lovely, but I want others to be on the lookout for this.
