Maria does all my laundry and washing my floors she is so sweet I wish there were more like Maria she is the best forget the rest.

Julian has been helping my husband, michael, and me in our condo in boxford 2 days weekly. She is wonderful, very competent, quietly helps him take care of extensive needs as he is in a wheelchair and walker. We only wish she could come here 7 days a week as she makes a difficult situation so much more bearable for both of us. Thanks to VA and your agency for providing us with her services. I met Bright Star a month ago and I was very impressed, the interview went well so she told me that everything was all set and she said we have them taken care of a few clients in my area so I was happy. We talked about the dates that was good for me, so I thought. That Thursday I was waiting for the first day when I had talked to the visiting nurse a couple of days prior and she told me as well,so see you Thursday at 3:00 and I hung up the phone with a smile on my face. So that Thursday they didn't show up and it was about 3:30 or so I started to get concerned so I called the office in Danvers. I got a hold of the receptionist and they said that the visiting nurse can only on Friday but I already told the nurse that came at the interview that Fridays are bad for me and she told me that fine, we have six other days we can look at. Yesterday they called me up and left me a message saying that they are still looking for someone to take care of me... How sweet I talked to my case manager and she said she was so so sorry she would take care of it and find me a good visiting nurse to help me out and she did. The next week they set me up with a different company from my area and I am happy. Bright Star became very dim in my eyes. If there was a less than a star they would have gotten it because they are complet frauds in my eyes

Keisha is a blessing!! An exceptional caregiver!! She has brought me light where there has been darkness, and laughter through my tears!! A hardworking, loving, dedicated compassionate lady!!! I look forward to her visits. I sincerely don't know how I would manage without her. Her professionalism and dedication far exceeds any previous caregivers in the past!!! So...kudos to you my dear ❣️. Know that you are loved and appreciated from the bottom of my heart!!!💗 You are truly a very,very special lady!!!!👍👍👍 ❤️ And thank you BrightStar for such a wonderful staff! Hannah is awesome too!!
