We have been using BrightStar for a few weeks now for my family member's amputated toe. We have to call 3-4 times a day to see when they MIGHT be coming out, IF they send a nurse at all. Only ONE of the nurses sent had handled the medical equipment needed for my family member and the rest have stayed for hours troubleshooting the equipment and had me put gloves on and help finish the job correctly. I called twice and asked to speak to a manager about getting better service and no one ever called me back. It's like they don't have a calendar to list their clients, their needs, and which nurses would be the most equipped to handle the specific care we need. It's been an unequivocal nightmare when this process has been hard enough. Don't use this in-home care service.

I have been with bright star home health for many years they took care of my mom while she was sick and now I am a patient receiving their services and have been with them for the last 2 months I'm extremely impressed with the professional ism and attention to detail regarding my newly acquired colostomy bag. I would like to thank Sonia my RN who came out to take care of me she is amazing and is such a big help. I would recommend bright star to anybody who wants good quality Care. Thank you

My Nurse is Morgan Riner and I am so happy I was randomly blessed and partnered up with her for my care. She is always early and her schedule is flexible to meet my needs. Her kindness and compassion are unmatched and her “poke” skills are amazing. As someone who has received infusions for a couple of years now, I would know! She gets it the first try EVERY-TIME! I look forward to my infusion days and know that’s partly because I get to visit with Morgan :)

Morgan has been amazing at her job in caring for me. Coming to the house and doing my infusions even having to do so one time while the power was out! She is very kind and thoughtful as well personable. She definitely makes having a medical professional in my home not as stressful as I imagined. I would recommend her to anyone who needs in home care!

I would recommend BrightStar for Physical Therapy to anyone in need. The nurse that came for evaluation was very nice. She took time with me and did a great job. My physical therapist Kathy Martin is awesome, she has helped me so much with my progression. I get a new tip everyday that helps with my recovery. It could be about my posture, a muscle, tendon, ligament or bone. I actually look forward to her coming. If your looking for care give them a try.
