My home health aid, Brittany Brownlow is i bright light in my home. She takes good care of all my needs as a handicapped senior. She is professional, efficient and courteous. She is quite the dynamo in getting the job done. She is an important element in making my declining years livable.

My parents started to decline during the time of the Covid pandemic. They wanted to stay in their own home and not go into a nursing facility. We selected BrightStar to provide caregivers for them, and we were very pleased with the care and attention they provided to my parents. Despite being a time of great challenge for all healthcare companies, BrightStar always came through with consistent and exceptional care, 24/7, for almost two years until my parents' passed away. They were always responsive to any issues that emerged. The caregivers always showed great respect and compassion as they tended to every need. They made it possible for my parents' to remain in their home, and for our family to spend as much quality time as possible with my parents in their final years. I am grateful to BrightStart and I highly recommend BrightStar.

Brightstar Care took very good care of my Dad for several years. The caregivers were very attentive to his needs and were patient with him. Sherrie, Barbara, and Jeff in the office were good to work with, as Dad's schedule changed from time to time they were always accommodating to adjust it. They also provided transportation to his doctor's appointments when he needed it. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with aging parents.

I live out of town and needed someone to take care of my dad. We tried a few companies but they seemed to find it difficult to get caregivers to go up the mountain. Thank you BrightStar!!! It was a struggle at first but Jeff was great to deal with scheduling and Sherrie recruited to find the perfect caregiver for my dad.

I worked with Bright Star during the last year, and they provided excellent care for my father, John. Jeff, Barbara, and the team were all very committed to excellence and professionalism. When we had a situation arise, they dealt with it immediately. The caregivers were kind and gracious with my elderly parents. I would highly recommend them.
