My experience with BrightStar has been wonderful. Susan and Michael are great to work with- very empathetic to my situation and very responsive to meet our needs. And the aid assigned to support us, Emelia, was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

My husband and I wanted to express a heartfelt thank you to BrightStar Care -and especially our nurse Taylor. Thank you for always being so kind and accommodating with coordinating our daughter’s monthly injection. I appreciate your responsiveness and follow up, even during evening hours. Thank you for being so compassionate and awesome with our daughter. She said that you are “beautiful and really good at giving shots!” Thank you for all you do!

DO NOT hesitate to use this Company. Jessica (my nurse) has a heart of gold! She came to my house anytime she was needed (even at night) and came to my house over Thanksgiving weekend (twice), Christmas and New Years. She is the best and I would recommend her and Bright Star over anyone else. She gets five Stars for being a wonderful, compassionate nurse. You would have never known that my condition wasn't her specialty. She acted professionally and like she was doing it all her life.
