We have had a very good experience with BrightStar home care in Bloomfield hills. We currently have Lorena who has been assigned to us for a while now. She is a very caring ,compassionate and the best kind of a care giver you could possibly have. My wife lovers and she often goes above and beyond to care for my wife. Thank you BrightStar for Lorena who has made our home situation the best we could ask for.

With 40 years in the medical field and a background in nursing, Lorena Robinson is a rare find. Over the past 3 years of observing her as a caregiver, I have been impressed by her compassion, empathy, dedication and professionalism. She is patient, understanding, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Lorena handles everything from medical appointments to social outings with total ease, and her clients clearly feel safe and comfortable with her. I truly cannot say enough about Lexi at BrightStar Care and the support she has provided our family during the most devastating and tragic time of our lives.
