Recently requested help with my 91 year old father in independent living for a couple days a week. From the first call, all were very professional, helpful and compassionate in identifying and evaluating specific needs. Pricing and processing of related bills were fair and as promised in very first phone call. The aides that came out were professional, reliable, and caring. Schedulers accommodated changes when needed. It is important for customers to be active in the schedule and type of tasks requested and to verify throughout so all parties can adjust as necessary when needed. I highly recommend this local office in Central Pennsylvania.

BrightStar Care of Salisbury is a wonderful organization. Ronnie was extremely compassionate and reassuring from day 1 when I called to see if it was possible to get 24 hour care for my father. Ashley worked so hard to get our schedule lined up while keeping me updated along the way. Things went downhill quickly right around the holidays and this team pulled off what felt like a miracle to get my dad home with 24 hour care. Shout out to Monica, Sharrae, Shanice, and Sara who worked with us around the clock to ensure my father was safe, comfortable and taken care of in his home. Our family will be forever grateful for this incredible team. Thank you!
