I moved my mother to Brickmont from PA and I can tell that she is happy and feels cared for by a great staff. The place is always clean with no smells and from what I can tell, the residents are treated well. I do have to give a specific shout out to Rhonda Williams who always goes the extra mile to assist me with any questions and ensures that my mother has everything she needs. Rhonda incorporates her knowledge and gift of patience for those suffering from dementia. Her humor and genuine caring attitude always makes me feel better knowing that when I am not there, my mom has an advocate who truly cares for her. Thank you Rhonda and the entire Dementia team for making my choice feel like the right one for the health and well-being for my mom. Denise Jones

My mother in law was there for 7 months before she passed away. Her care presented some challenges and Brickmont and its staff more than met them. They provided excellent care, encouragement and communication. The amount of staff that came to visit at the end and after her passing is almost overwhelming. They were so accommodating to us at the end. We are grateful.

Brickmont of West Cobb has experienced a remarkable transformation under the leadership of its new Executive Director, Brenda. Since her arrival, the facility has seen significant improvements across multiple areas, including enhanced staff morale, a noticeably cleaner and more welcoming environment, and a higher standard of resident care. The atmosphere within the building is positive and well organized, reflecting strong leadership and a clear commitment to excellence. Families and residents can feel confident knowing that care is delivered with compassion, professionalism, and consistency. The changes implemented have truly elevated the overall experience at Brickmont of West Cobb.

Brickmont’s care team is amazing. My in law’s were there for 3 years and the CNA’s and office staff were so pleasant and responsive. They are still like family!

I have a loved one here and they are okay except for the food. As a matter of fact, the food is so inadequate and bad that it spoils the experience for them. Before you sign, ask the residents about the food.
