My experience with Senior Care Referral was outstanding. I was fresh post-op after having a Reverse Shoulder Replacement and required a great deal of assistance. In fact, it is difficult to imagine how I would have managed for the two weeks that Jeneise was with me. From personal hygiene ( showering and dressing) to meal prep, to managing medications, she did not skip a beat. Even more importantly, she was reliable, showing up every day with a smile on her face and a warm greeting for both my husband and myself. For those two weeks, she truly was part of our family. In addition to all of the above, Jeneise was meticulous ( as am I !) and insured that my home was always just so, as she knew I would want it. Equally important was the depth of her knowledge regarding the numerous post-op occurrences that I experienced, calming me down and reassuring me that it was normal and to be expected. In all, I highly recommend this company for any and all home care medical needs.
