Awesome staff. The really know how to take care of their residents. The whole building is clean. They answer their phones. This building deserves 5 stars

To answers you: We have already called this number multiple times and continue to experience the same issue—long wait times, transfers with no response, and no follow-up.<br>This concern has been raised before and nothing has changed. My father has also gone weeks without a bath, which is unacceptable and a basic standard of care.<br>——————————————————————————<br>My father has dementia and can sometimes be aggressive due to his illness, but that does not justify neglecting his basic hygiene. Too often I find him dirty and unbathed. When I complained, I was told that if I want to see him clean, I should bathe him myself. Every resident deserves dignity and proper care. No one should be denied basic hygiene because they are difficult to manage. Very disappointing.

My mother went in here for rehabilitation from hip surgery she was there 5 days was there every day for 4to5 hours a day over the weekend was ignored. Her call button was nowhere close to her where she could even get to it by the 3 days she could not even feed herself. The 5th day she passed away don’t send your loved one’s here.
