I had held Brewster Parke in high regard as pastor in the community on numerous visits there, but have a whole new perspective on it, as my brother and I made the move to transition our mom to Brewster Parke in August of 2025, first in assisted living, and now currently in the nursing facility. I see her almost daily and what stands out to me is the quality of the caring employees (on the most part) that are there. Whether it is the cleaning crew, nurses, aides, or program folks, there is a concerted effort to recognize the inherent God-given worth and value of every resident. They have even employed a chaplain there who visits with and runs a church service for residents! Also, again on the most part, the place is clean and does not smell like a nursing home-adding to the sense of dignity. There might possibly be nicer facilities out there with more bells and whistles, but my brother and I are grateful that our mom is at Brewster Parke!

My Mom has been there for over a year. Brewster Parke, Shannon, Donna and the staff are wonderful. My Mom is well taken care of and it gives me great piece of mind knowing that she’s in safe hands. Thanks to everyone there who has played a part in her care.

Brewster Park is truly miraculous. The Child’s family and all the staff members over the past 50 years have accomplished something that could only have been done under the Lord’s guidance, direction and blessing.<br>The present staff of about a hundred-and-a-quarter wonderful people are a considerable blessing each day to the nearly 150 residents. They reach out, encourage and love us each day. The dietary crew work SO hard each day in providing us with well-chosen and wonderfully prepared meals. The activities staff exert creative and high energy to create and implement meaningful and enjoyable activities five days each week.<br>I have only lived here for about eight months. These have been some of the most meaningful and enjoyable months I have ever spent during my senior years. Each time I drive back into the Parke after being out shopping in the area, I often say out loud “We are home, Father God: Brewster Parke!”

This place is dirty and rude to residents. they cannot keep employees because they treat them poorly. they are always understaffed therefore residents are undertaken care of. do not send your family here. They also have Aides who are not trained passing medication in the Franklin and Jefferson Buildings.

Friendly service with staff always checking on us. The room was clean with a TV and a comfortable bed. My husband had 3 good meals and I was able to join him for supper. They offer a church service on Sunday and Wednesday. The people were always friendly and ready with a smile. Service dogs are allowed to visit and they offer barber/hair stylist services when needed. Highly recommend
