Watermark Senior Living in Laguna Niguel is such a warm, beautiful and welcoming community. The staff truly cares about their residents and go above and beyond to make families feel supported. I've worked closely with their team, especially Pam Leszczynski, their Community Liaison. Much of my work focuses on connecting seniors with trusted resources, promoting wellness, and building strong community partnerships. Her genuine dedication to both residents and the local community, and her hard work, makes a difference in the lives of the people she serves. You can trust her and her team to provide both compassion and professionalism. For anyone seeking a vibrant and caring senior living community, I highly recommend Watermark Senior Living in Laguna Niguel.

Watermark Laguna Niguel is a wonderful option if you’re looking for your next place to call home. The amenities they offer are top notch and the staff are very caring. Lauren and Kelly lead the team at Watermark with compassion, dedication, and a wealth of knowledge in the industry. These ladies are truly experts in senior living and they want the best for their residents and families. This community offers delicious meals, a wide variety of stimulating activities, and a fun, upbeat atmosphere. The aesthetics are beautiful and the community offers calm vibes with the perfect decor. It is always a pleasure to partner with Watermark Laguna Niguel! I highly recommend giving this community a call to set up a tour! You will be highly satisfied and will feel right at home.

My Husband Andrew is 55 with Early onset Alzheimer’s, we made a decision to both moved to assisted living at Watermark Laguna Niguel on January 1/2024. Our goal was to both feel safe and to establish a relationship, before Andrew Alzheimer’s progress and he needs to moves to Memory care. I have to say living here has exceeded our expectations..We have a super cute apartment with an amazing view. The staff has supported us in our journey with Early on set Alzheimer’s caring, kind and very open to helping us get our needs met..They have set up a program for Andrew that involves golfing, Boxing and Doing flower arranging, and so much more. He loves it! The people we have met who are also living at Watermark are lovely ☺️ I feel that this is a very special place and the environment is so happy and everyone who lives here is well taken care of…Plus our dog was able to come with us ❤️ We looked at a lot of options before choosing Watermark and this hand down the number 1 choice for both of us..Laura

Watermark rawwwwwks! Meaning if you want a place you can trust to take real honest ongoing care for your dad mom family members or friends who need attention and real loving cared for services ongoing this is the place. Watermark is our extended family always attentive to our dad’s needs when we cannot be there for him. We’re so very happy we happened upon them -here at watermark. Feel free look everywhere else first and you’ll wind up loving this full service yet independent solution. Thank you all for talking care of our dad. Oh and the parties are fun too.

Watermark is a gorgeous community and the staff is incredibly friendly! Hector greeted us with a big smile and shared beautiful resident stories with us. This is a great option if you’re looking for luxury upscale senior living.
