The RN manager Tiffany was disrespectful to the unit , the staff , the pts , completely was disrespectful to the pt , rude , did not want to listen to advice from the own staff let alone the pt family , and the pt them selves ,

The Central Bradford County Chamber of Commerce was recently invited to tour Bradford Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and we were truly impressed! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were both professional and genuinely compassionate. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained, creating a comforting and home-like environment for residents. It was clear that the staff take great pride in their work and in the care they provide. We appreciated the opportunity to see firsthand the dedication to quality care, rehabilitation services, and resident well-being. I recently did a tour and conversation of this great facility and let me just say… WOW. Local residents need to know, this is NOT what you remember as ‘the manor’. Such a breath of fresh air with a clear and obvious passion for bringing in the best quality of life for the people and families they serve. Get ready Bradford County… Bradford Hills is absolutely going to make an impact in the area and we cannot wait to watch them be involved with our communities.
