This place almost killed my grandmother in a week. It needs to be shut down yesterday! She wasn't bathed, cared for or even checked on. When we arrived, she had a 105° fever and was completely unresponsive. If we had visited a day later, she'd be dead. Dont send your loved ones here.

This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever dealt with!! They do not care about anybody or their concerns and don’t do anything they should. Let their patients just sit there without checking on them. We had to take my grandmother out of there ourselves and ask for an ambulance to be called because they didn’t realize she was not doing well. Left her sit in the bed all morning without checking on her. A rehabilitation center should be able to be relied on and you shouldn’t have to worry about your loved ones when at a place like that. Will NEVER tell anybody to come here and will never see or hear from us again after we report them.

My husband was a resident for nine days in room number seven. The temperature 🌡 in that room had to be 90° degrees. Many times, my husband told them the room was too hot. They did not offer him another room. He was not cleansed for nine days. They did not change him into clean clothes either. An employee refused to remove the lids from his beverage glasses. She was very sarcastic and told him he could do that himself. Then, he developed aphasia. He was unable to speak. When staff noticed that, they ignored him and walked out of the room. They made no attempt to communicate with him to find out what he needed. He pressed the call bell seeking assistance. Due to this blatant lack of care he has developed a severe infection in his groin. After two months it is still hot and painful for him. This fungal infection required him to be hospitalized at the hospital in Sayre. He still suffers from the heat and pain of this infection. Do not admit your loved ones into this facility. The only employees who were appropriate were the physical therapist,
Mary, Peg, and Joanie. Joanie was very gentle when she cared for my husband. I am very grateful to her.

In all honesty,
THE LOVES
Walter and Margo
May 2nd 2026
