24-hour Committed Care

Our CBRFs are assisted living communities managed by a full-time RN who is on call 24 hours a day and staffed around the clock with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). We also have the services of a fully equipped skilled nursing facility right next door. You simply won’t find this level of attention to your health and safety anywhere else in the Green Bay area. We also offer:

•    Medication supervision and management
•    Regular health monitoring – if medical assistance is needed, we have a nursing facility on site
•    Individualized care plans
