Beautiful, well-run facility. Staff are caring and have professionalism that you just dont see anywhere else around here. There were some hiccups when my dad moved in back in 2024, but he is happy and doing better than we could have hoped.

This community is lovely. We toured here this year, and would have moved our dad in had they had an available memory care unit at the time. The sales person and main director really took the time to listen and give us options. They helped us understand how these kind of things are run because my sister and I were new to the whole idea. We refer this place to everyone we know. Take the time to go see them.

I love it here. I picked it after a horrific auto accident. Most staff are very friendly and smiling. The food is good with lots of options. There are so many things to do. We even have a theater, mini bowling alley and a Pub!!

There are not enough good things to say about this wonderful community. The staff are AMAZING and dedicated, they will be there to help in an instant. The resident culture here is fantastic- everyone is welcoming of newcomers, including new staff members, and it truly has a homelike environment. I did want to make a comment about another review I saw posted shortly before mine- I was able to pick out which family they were from based on the photos posted in previous reviews. I have to vehemently disagree with the negative portrayal. I know for a fact that Bonaventure of Puyallup went above and beyond for this particular family, and what this person wrote is factually inaccurate- including the claims about flooring costs and the misrepresentation of the staff. I take great offense that they would take the time to try to damage and slander this wonderful company. It really upset me that someone would post something so false. Highly recommend this community!

Highly recommend! My mom has lived at Bonaventure Puyallup assisted living for almost 3 years. She’s been very happy here! The management and care staff are wonderful and caring. The building is newer, beautiful and very clean. My mom’s apartment is cleaned weekly and laundry facilities are just right down the hall. Food is good with excellent choices on the everyday menu if you don’t care for the main dish. They also have a cafe with drink and food options. And our family has reserved the pub for family get togethers which worked out great. The bowling alley is always fun! My mom also enjoys going the movie theater sometimes. They have different movies and tons of activities daily. Also, they offer shuttle services. My mom and I toured several other assisted living places before choosing Bonaventure Puyallup. My mom has also lived in a couple other assisted living facilities in Tacoma and University Place. Private pay assisted living is expensive everywhere from our experience. There are cheaper facilities around but, also there are in more expensive assisted living facilities too. My advise is to be prepared for cost increases yearly. My moms rent has gone up yearly by hundreds of dollars at all the assisted living facilities she’s lived at. And unfortunately this year my mom has had 2 increases (1 very large increase) in rent.
