This place needs an investigation and to be shut down. They don’t provide anything for patients. They leave people in filthy conditions. They dont answer phone nor do they follow any instructions from transferring hospital. Save your loved ones and get them far away from this filth trap

BRR has been amazing from day one since my mom was admitted to their facility. After our experience at Deerfield Beach Health and Rehab — which was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life — I was very skeptical about bringing my mother to Boca Raton Rehabilitation Center. When I first toured the facility with Kirkland, I asked him countless questions and expressed my concerns. I told him that, at first glance, it didn’t seem much different from the previous facility my mother had come from. He reassured me that they were different, that they ran a tight ship, and that my mother would receive the best care possible. And I can truly say, he kept his word. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms. Giannis (Admin Coordinator) made my mother feel so comfortable and loved — it honestly felt like I was bringing her home to family in Haiti. Tiffany (Admin Director) always stayed on top of everything. Anytime my mother felt uncomfortable or had a concern, it was addressed immediately. And the staff… the CNAs, nurses, unit managers, and even EVS — they all treat my mother as if she were their own. For that, I will forever be grateful. I visit my mother every single day, and whenever I ask her if she’s ready to come home, she tells me: “Why come home when I’m well taken care of here? I have friends that became family, I eat well every day, I’m cared for, and the staff keeps me entertained.” That alone gives me peace. BRR has exceeded every expectation I had. I love and appreciate them dearly because they truly love and care for my mother as well.

My father calls me almost everyday asking for assistance or for someone to come at least see how horrible he's being treated. In the 3 locations that I've known him to be in, this has been the worst of them. I hate that I live out of state due to the military and cannot be there for my dad but the complaints and the way the nurses talk to him is disheartening. I've heard a nurse tell him that answering the phone is more of a priority that his needs. I've heard a nurse tell him "I bet I know your daughter and she won't do anything." I've heard my father call... yell for help for over 15 minutes and when someone did come to see why he was yelling, they still just said someone else is going to come to help him and no one came for another 40-45 minutes. He was just trying to be changed because he'd been sitting in urine since the morning hours and it was now 2pm. I wished I could post the audio of his care. It's despicable!

A place filled with staff and medical professionals who are doing their best to aid in the physical rehabilitation process and daily care of many. No this is not a 5 start resort and yes we encounter many of the same issues other nursing rehabilitation centers may face. But the effort put in by all workers connected to this facility to keep residents safe and cared for is amazing.The therapy department here is topnotch too.
