Please do NOT send your loved ones here. The CNAs, with the exception of a few, have incredibly poor attitudes, are careless, and sit on their phones rather than help patients. They truly gossip, talk poorly about patients to each other, and spend all of their time on their phones. CNAs there truly view patients as a bother and most of them are not kind or compassionate people. My mother was there and had an absolutely horrible experience. Patients are allowed 2 showers a week, meals were absolutely disgusting and patients are given child-size portions. Many dinners are boxed mac and cheese and dinner rolls (no protein). When you visit, you can tell everyone there is absolutely miserable. Some people are truly wasting away with no one advocating for them. It's heartbreaking. There are a few lovely staff members, but unfortunately that is not enough to outweigh the bad. The pharmacy is a disorganized mess. My mother was unable to get her medication several times and had to go days without because of how disorganized they are. It is a truly depressing place. You truly risk your loved one's health by sending them to this facility.

I have had nothing but a great experience with the people that i've come in contact with dee the activities director is very good. The head nurse is also very good, very helpful. The maintenance people have always.Help me if I needed any questions. I personally have had very good experience with everyone. I've come in contact with. I'd like to personally thank all of the people that work there. I don't know how you do the job you do. It's very taxing, and thankless, i'm sure, so i'm thanking you.

My mother in law has been at Blueberry hill for a few weeks. Every staff member we have meet is fabulous. They really care about their residents. My mother in law is turning 100 next week and the activity director Dee DAmelio is planning a big birthday party for her . She is pulling out all of the stops. My mother in law is going to be over the moon when she sees all the decorations and the beautiful cake they are having for her. We highly recommend blueberry hill.

I was very concerned about the amount of and quality of PT that Mark needed. He’s been in hospitals and rehabs since January 2025 and has had many set backs after extensive spinal surgery. He desperately wants to get home with a walker. I sat in on a PT session with Mark today and was extremely happy to see how he’s improved and how the therapists were working with him. It’s just what he needs and I was worried it would be sub par. I was relieved and impressed with the amt of attention and care the PTs ( I wish I could remember their names) gave him. And Mark is happy too! We are relieved and grateful!

I cannot say enough good things about Jodi in Admissions, and the process at Blueberry Hill. She worked so hard to help get my brother transferred into a great facility. We got there today and were greeted by a warm and welcoming team of professional healthcare workers ready and willing to take him in and worked with him to create a personalized treatment plan. I am so grateful to the staff at this facility for their dedication and commitment to their patients.
