This is such a great community and perfectly located. Staff is very pleasant and the admissions director is awesome and does her best to help the residents and very involved in the community.

I recently visited this community and loved the vibe of the staff . I got to see a resident Activity that was the best Bingo call ever! Everyone was engaged and interacting with the residents. The building has a lot of spirt with the unity of staff and residents! Is it perfect no but are they striving to be perfect YES! They are worth a shot to tour and see how much they care!

This nursing home is terrible! Do not put your relatives here!!! All they care about is making money and getting residents in the beds! Not to mention the terrible things that go on in this nursing home!!! The Director of Nursing couldn't keep his hands to himself. He dated family members of the residents. Which is unethical and against protocol. And the Administrator knew all this was going on. He did nothing to prevent or stop these things. Which is unethical and goes against his job as the Administrator of this nursing home. I recently moved my mom to a different nursing home. Thank God!!! I want to go back and visit the friends my mom and I made at this nursing home. The administrator refuses to let me go back and visit or bring mymom to visit. The administrator told me, that if I show up on the nursing home property, the police will be called. And I will be physically removed from the property. For what? Wanting to visit and make older people feel good? I did nothing wrong! And I have evidence on everything that happened with the ex Director of Nursing and the Administrator. What kind of place is this? They don't do right by their patients. It's all about money and getting residents in the beds. And looking good for corporate!!! I am not out to make trouble for anyone. I am not that type of person. I just want the Administrator to reconsider his decision about me visiting this nursing home. I asked him nicely.

My husband was there 3 weeks. I was there everyday to see him. Within that 3 weeks I had a nurse give me a anxiety medication to give to him since I was going to his room and never documented that she gave it to him. Yes that nurse is still there. I had a few rude nurses, yes I spoke to the John/DON about. On January 23rd on Friday I was there with him and noticed he had a bed sore.the skin wasn't broken but I told the wound care nurse and she was amazing. She did what she needed to do. We had snow come in that weekend and I did not go due to the roads. I called 3 times on Saturday and Sunday to check on him. One nurse told me Sunday night he was doing good and she cleaned his wound. I met him at dialysis on Monday January 26th and the driver brought him in and he couldn't even hold his head up. I asked the driver what was wrong with him and he told me he was fine until he got to dialysis. I told him that was BS he didn't get like that I. 2mins. He ended up in the er. In the er the dr comes in and wanted to see his bed sore. I NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS. IT WAS SO DISGUSTING. Yes I do have pictures. That nurse lied and said she covered did not. As bad as it looked she should of called the ambulance. He was transferred up to ICU. He had 3 infections in his wound and 2 were in his blood stream. He was on life support for 5 days and he passed away on February 1st. He was only 50 years old. There is a lot more in that 3 weeks that happened but I could write a book.
