How often do they really check on clients and the people that work for them! My Mother gets woken up a 3 AM every morning by one of their caregivers! Just so that she can get her out of the way and done! The caregiver has slacked on her duties! So I would like to know, how often do you or the company honestly surprise the caregiver with a visit?

Love this company been working through them for almost 3 years!!! Best CDS company to go through they care about there clients and the caregivers.
