This may be a nice looking place, but the majority of the staff are trouble makers, and lazy. There's a huge issue with favoritism. This might be one of the reasons why your turnover is horrible for keeping staff.

Our family member stayed at Field Pointe, and we chose to move them to another facility over a year ago — we’ve been much happier since. In my visits, it often felt understaffed, and I rarely saw nurses on the floor. I found some staff unprofessional, and management came across as rude and uncooperative, mainly management. The food seemed mediocre, and on one visit the bathroom I used was messy. While the building and view are nice, in my experience the quality of care was disappointing, which is my greatest concern.

Our family cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care our mom received at Field Pointe Assisted Living. From day one, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. They treated her not just as a resident, but like a cherished family member, which made a world of difference during her stay.

The staff’s dedication and compassion were especially evident in our mom's final days. They provided extraordinary support not only for her but for our entire family, creating an environment filled with love and warmth during such a difficult time. Words cannot adequately capture how much their kindness meant to us.

If you are looking for a place where your loved ones will receive outstanding care and support, we wholeheartedly recommend Field Pointe Assisted Living. Thank you to the entire team for their commitment to excellence and for making such a positive impact on our lives.

Recently left this facility. I was not impressed. Concerns go unanswered, staffing is terrible. Management does whatever they can to avoid working on the floor it feels like. Prepare yourself to work alone and get assaulted multiple times. "Don't go in the rooms alone, to avoid altercations" and then they proceed to force you to work alone, leaving you no choice. Residents are paying for two staff members and they are definitely not getting that. Does not live up to assisted living standards. Would not recommend. You are not getting what you pay for. Might as well use in home health care and save yourself the headache for your loved ones.

This facility is nice, it is new. That is as far as I got because I am a Medicaid patient. I have been disabled since age 55 because of numerous fractures in my spine thanks to a collision with a diving board when I was 10 years old. When the fractures were discovered I was told I would lose the ability to walk somewhere around 40. I worked until age 55 when I was booted out by Mosaic for number 1 having too much seniority. Losing my job led to my downfall because I was not up moving around. I ended up at age 70 being placed in another nursing facility where nothing was done to hep improve my ability to move. After I used up all of my Medicare benefits I was placed on Medicaid. The top rated facility I was in decided to boot me out because I was a danger to everyone because I had a power chair, they do not like those because they say they are a liability to the institution and because I tried to make my room seem a little more homey than the cold sterile room it was. I asked to go to Field Point because it is a rehabilitation facility and I thought I might get more help there. I was told absolutely under no circumstances would I be allowed to become a resident there because I was on Medicaid. It is ok if you become a resident there before you run out of non Medicaid benefits but you will be refused unceremoniously access to the facility if you are already on Medicaid. When I was forced into retirement there was no such thing as long term care insurance. I used up an savings I had been able to accumulate caring for myself and my mother. Once you are on Medicaid you are denied access to your home unless you are living there, long term insurance, life insurance period, no savings over $5000, and if you have pre paid funeral expenses those must be sold. If your SS check exceeds the cost of what Medicaid pays for your nursing home stay forget about seeing the excess ever again, you are allowed by state and I think Federal law to only have access to $50.00 a month. Anyway, if you are already on Medicaid forget about Field Point, they will turn you away at the door. By the way, before I ran out of Medicare and other benefits that Field Point would have accepted they did not exist.
