Black Mountain Estates is a wonderful place to live. The labor it took off our shoulders such as snow removal, mowing etc has made our lives much more enjoyable. Our neighbors are wonderful. The amenities we enjoy such as the work out room, community room, pickle ball courts , etc. make life much more fun. Also, we find it very cost effective.<br>Liz and Ian Harrison

A stable, well-maintained community of about 35 freestanding rental homes, well positioned near a large state forest, but easily accessible from I91. Homes are well built, thoughtfully designed for older people, and fairly new. Community center, outdoor sport center. A nice balance of privacy and community. I love living here.

Well maintained. Good size houses.Layout of homes could be a bit different, they are all cookie cutter. Pricey.
