I got to meet some of the people on my Mom's team. The care plan sounds good, and all my questions were answered satisfactorily. The room is comfortable and clean.

The automated check in was quick enough and easy. Finding the patient room required an inquiry at the second floor main desk. No instructions at check in as to locating your patient. Worked well enough.
