I am above and beyond amazed at this place. I have a loved one currently in memory care with them and the knowledge and the compassion the staff gives is absolutely outstanding. I toured about six or seven places when making this decision, and Trustwell was on a whole other level just at first glance, I was immediately impressed and that has only gone up in the few weeks my loved one has been there. They are patient and understanding, they care for not only your loved one but for you as well! I cannot get over the amount of support they have offered me. This was a difficult decision to make and the staff has been there to put my worries at ease every step of the way. Upon moving my loved one in, I met some others that had multiple family members go to them and they didn't have one bad thing to say! The activity director, Pam is amazing and knows how to keep everyone engaged and keep energies positive. Julie, the health director is amazing at keeping in touch and offering support. And I don't know what I would do without Mary, the executive director. With these three, as well as the other amazing staff members, your loved ones are in the best of care. My loved one (who I knew wouldn't be a big fan of this decision) even admitted just the other day, that she is enjoying it more than she thought she would. They have plenty of activities, they offer family activities as well. The place is beautiful, smells good, and feels homey. I can't say a single bad thing. And if you have any worry or concern, voice them, the staff is with you every step of the way, and they are easy to reach. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone
