Really appreciate the time Jordyn took to show us around. She didn’t rush us and answered every question we had even if they seemed silly. She really took her time to get to know my mom and introducing her to others around the building. Though mom decided to stay with us for now, we know who our first choice will be if mom ever decides living with us is no longer what she wants.

The community is so beautiful inside and when I toured, the residents were having so much fun playing a game with balloons! It was nice to see the staff being so interactive with the residents. Jordyn was very pleasant and so was Laurel, the executive director. Wonderful place.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bickford of Battle Creek! The staff is absolutely amazing — caring, attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond for residents and families. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and valued. The environment is warm, friendly, and truly feels like home. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about creating a positive and comfortable experience for everyone. I got to meet Doris one of the residents there and she was so kind to share her handmade knitted hats! She gave me 2 hats one for my niece and one for my nephew! She recently moved into Bickford and shared that she enjoys it. It brought her peace of mind knowing her family is close and she has people to help whenever she needed it!

Choosing a senior living community for an our loved one is one of the hardest decisions we as a family has made, but Bickford of Battle Creek has made the entire process a blessing. From the moment you walk in, you feel a sense of warmth and 'home' that you just don't find everywhere else. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and always smells wonderful (which really speaks to their attention to detail), but the real heart of Bickford is the staff. I cannot say enough about William, the Director of Nursing. He is truly phenomenal. His clinical expertise is matched only by his deep compassion for the residents. He doesn't just manage the medical side of things; he truly takes the time to get to know each person and ensures their care is personalized and dignified. Knowing William is at the helm of the nursing department gives our family such incredible peace of mind.
