They offer you a case for a certain amount of hours,then when your ready to start,they let the client cancel you out depending on how they feel that day,so if the case is 30 hours,just know your most likely only gonna work 10 if that because of the cancelations..can't make this stuff up..and the office staff is rude,and nasty they had no idea what I even looked like,but was willing to send me out to clients house..yes families this is the kind of agency to avoid if you care about your loved one..I dodged a bullet with this one.
