Understaffed follow whatever they are told instead of doctors orders per patient.

If I can give this facility ZERO stars I would. If you love your family member, DO NOT place them in this facility. As soon as you walk in it’s so dreary & smells really bad of urine & feces. That alone should have given me a red flag. The staff members that I have encountered are clueless and extremely rude. Let’s start with the caucasian older receptionist, so nasty & extremely rude!!!!! The LPN 3 to 11 Mia & 11-7 Obed. CNA 3-11 Debbie and a bald headed light skin man. Super rude! No one has a clue on what they are doing. All they EVER do is sit behind the nurses station on their phones while NUMEROUS call bells are ringing! Most of the times, I had to give mom her bathes & showers because the CNA’s told my mom that they didn’t have the time to shower or bathe her! They are super short staff & the DON herself told me she was working on a med cart because there was no staff! Mom was never given an assessment when I brought her in. No one even looked at her. I removed my mom from that facility 2021 building ASAP. Not to mention her jewelry went missing. I reported it & never got a call to check the status of my report. This place is beyond filthy & I found several roaches in the bathroom. Stay far away from this facility!!!!!!!!!!

I had a review was for one star and yes the care was not as well as I liked and it was costly and a lot of my mom’s stuff went missing found some and thank you. I will say the new administrator reached out in regards to my first review which I honestly didn’t expect. My emotions are still high and yes it’s your loved and trust me a day doesn’t go by that I wish I could change things. He said he wants to change the culture and I believe him and hope he will. I worked in healthcare almost my whole life and when I tell it’s all about kindness and learn to empathize. Everyone has an end date in life and people should think how would you want your loved one or you to be treated when that day would come and honor it. Not everyone there was bad during my mom’s stay and for the people that were my only thoughts if you’re in a career where you should be empathetic and can’t maybe it’s time to change career because it’s people lives in your hands. Yes, I do know healthcare is stressful and I commend those who do a great job and I know it’s exhausting but you change people’s lives everyday and it’s choice to make it better or worse. Thank you Mr.Shadid and counting on you to make a difference appreciate at least being acknowledged for my concerns.
