Advanced Health Care of Hanover was the perfect place for my dad when he needed extra time (& care) to recover from his illness. This is an immaculate facility filled with compassionate, caring and respectful staff! It was extremely important to my family that my dad was in an environment that was comparable to his home, so he could recovery quickly. As soon as you walk in you can tell this is not like any other rehab. The atmosphere is set for relaxation and recovery. As a family, we were also able to rest knowing Jackie, Rebecca, Barbara, Cassandra, Rae and Jonah were looking after my dad! Kelly in admissions was a gem from start to finish, checking in making sure we needed for nothing and I mean nothing! The therapists, Michelle, Angie, Allie and John were so skilled, kind and knowledgable, keeping us updated with session/progress notes. When it was time for discharge, Victoria was 10 steps ahead of us, assuring a smooth transition from rehab to home. I can not say enough about the care my family received at this facility! They thought of every detail and help you feel comfort in a time of uncertainty. We are forever grateful! I know everyone's experience is different, and believe me I almost did not choose Advanced Health Care of Hanover based on a few horrible reviews. Give them a call, go check it out for yourself. Nothing is perfect but I promise you will feel the difference immediately!

It is rare that I ever award a 5-star to any establishment, but after spending two weeks recuperating from total knee replacement on July 21st, I feel over all they deserve this award. The grounds and building itself are absolutely beautiful, and the physical therapy team is astounding. Michelle (P.T.) and Kyra (O.T.) were absolutely fantastic in every way. The Nurses (Uda and Jane) were on schedule with my medications, and if you had any questions about any, they were happy to explain anything to you. The nurse assistants were friendly and very helpful. The support and encouragement I received made all the difference. I’m truly grateful for their care and compassion. In my opinion, my recovery went from being unable to put my socks on to being able to climb stairs and walk with a walker, and for this, I am truly appreciative.

Yes, the building itself is absolutely beautiful, and the physical therapy team is astounding. However, the care from the nursing team and day-to-day staff left much to be desired. They have been chronically late in getting my loved one their medications, and have done little to help her treat sores caused by her inability to get up on her own. It feels like they are there for the paycheck and not because they care about helping those in need. If I could reflect solely on their physical therapy team, I'd give 5 stars. They have been wonderful
