I’ve been on site regularly and the change with the new management is hard to miss. Residents actually have things to do now — bingo, music, and other activities that get people out of their rooms instead of just sitting around. The facility has been renewed and the infrastructure overhauled, so it feels like a different building. Staff are attentive and treat residents with real care. Dr. Samuel, the new owner and lead physician, is present and involved, not just a name on paper. From what I see, this place has come a long way.
