I had a wonderful experience with the team at Alto at Walden Woods. The staff is caring, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the residents’ well-being. They create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone is treated with kindness and respect.The community is clean, well-maintained, and offers engaging activities that help residents stay active and connected. Every staff member is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to providing the highest quality of care while making residents feel valued and at home.<br><br>One of the things that makes Walden Woods truly special is its outstanding activities program. Residents enjoy arts and crafts, games, monthly live music, holiday celebrations, and a variety of outings that keep them active and engaged. I decided to take a look at different ALF Facilities for my mom in plant city and came across Alto formerly known as The Canopy. I was so impressed with how well the facility looked on the outside and inside and the staff was beyond nice to me and my mother. The awesome lady that did the tour welcomed us with a smile and was very tentative to what me and mom was looking for. She showed us the ALF side of the facility and OMG just that side alone was beautiful and me and mom were very impressed. Even though we wasn’t looking for Memory Care we also decided to tour over there just in case and the staff was very involved with the residents laughing and dancing and having a good time. I will most definitely be going back to look again and to try their food cause the food looked delicious. She gave the option to try lunch but mom had an appointment. But we will make an appointment to try lunch next time and we can’t wait!!!! Thanks again Alto for your hospitality!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living and memory care facility. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated like family. The staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive, and it’s obvious that they truly care about every resident. I had a family member in the memory care unit, and knowing they were safe, respected, and genuinely cared for gave our family so much peace of mind. The caregivers were patient, loving, and always took the time to make sure my loved one was comfortable and happy. They treated them with dignity and kindness every single day. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the activities and engagement provided for the residents are wonderful. The communication from the staff was excellent, and they always kept our family informed and answered any questions we had.
