Talk about a nightmare. The halls smell like urine and the kitchen serves diabetics food they arent supposed to eat. My dad was in there for almost a whole year and the top priority of the staff was to get him to sign his rights to his SSI. Just so they can feed their families they don't care about people. It's in a perfect state for corruption. Their thought process is, get the money nothing else matters. Every single staff that tried to pressure my father into signing away his income. STAY IN ILLINOIS YOURE HOME.

I want to say a special thanks to Nurse Joy she is amazing she treats my dad like family and always calls me if he is sick. Or if medicine is needed. She needs a raise as she goes above and beyond for the residents.

Great staff that are very caring.Very clean and organized facility.Highly recommend for family members who are transitioning into a nursing care facility.

Told the desk nurse that my Aunt needed help using a catheter she had to get herself. They never came. She told me that no one came to change her bandages. This place is very dangerous. They ignore patients and let them urinate in their beds!
