I called twice, left messages both times for the social worker and no call back. I asked the receptionist on the second call if the social worker was on vacation or something and she said she wasn't.

Such poor customer service. It makes me wonder what the level of care is like if this is the way we are treated from the start.

This was a very nice place. I would say the best that Mom encountered. We were too stunned by the whole thing to be perfect, but they did well. They had a car show. People still had their lives. That was impressive. Thanks for being good when we weren't able to.

Moved my mom here from another facility. It has been a better place. Staff are responsive & they have a variety of activities for memory care. They dont use a "points" system so the cost is fair. Glad I moved my mom there.

Pretty much a night and day difference from the one in Sioux Falls on Holly for whatever reason it’s hard to say but I’m glad my mother is there now in Brandon instead. Actually a blessing it is.
