Dirty, understaffed, and overpriced. The food is terrible—especially considering the $3,900 cost. My grandmother’s belongings went missing under suspicious circumstances, and she was verbally abused multiple times by certain staff members. She was treated like a burden rather than a person.<br>On top of that, they charge extra for a third bath within a week. Either hire enough staff to properly assist residents or don’t operate a convalescent home that puts people’s health at risk!<br>Do NOT take your loved ones here!
