My Best Friend of almost 50 years is currently being treated in-patient at the Beth Abraham Center. He is well treated, the staff are polite and compassionate. The Patient Facilities are clean and pleasant.

My grandfather is here and is a longtime resident. I made it my business to have a relationship with the staff so we know what's going on. The facility has now been upgraded beautifully. They have had some amazing staff members who i felt was like family. Services are done pretty quickly. I dont have any issues. I feel involved in his treatment and always have access to him, medical issues etc...they have many activities which is good, the residents are always walking around and present. But personally think that each person can make their experience a bit better. If anything i dont like administration too much, I feel that a cultural divide, limits alot of things, and sometimes I have to run around to get a receipt or an invoice, but quick to make me pay, but hey, like any other business, right..lol other than that its a lovely place, staff friendly, residents are friendly, they go out, lots of activities and more. And they work with you if you are unhappy.

This is a first day impression of our welcome at Beth Abraham. My niece has been greeted warmly and helped to feel at home. We both have had procedures explained by a wonderful Ambassador. There is, what I consider, a good balance of freedom to look around and encouragement to make good choices. My niece has had staff show interest in her in a way that is reassuring and not overwhelming. I am so grateful for the professional and compassionate welcome we have received. My niece has been a resident here for a month. Danielle Delgado, Ambassador, has connected us with Doctors, Nurses, Special Services and Staff kindly and efficiently. All of these wonderful people have treated us with respect and genuine efforts to help. They have also shown patience and understanding in response to our many questions. Ann is sporting a wonderful new haircut. She has been eating well and now knows her way around to all the places she want to go and I feel confident that she is seen and cared for.

I had a great experience with my uncle’s care at Beth Abraham Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. The staff was professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. I especially want to recognize Danielle for being absolutely amazing while assisting my uncle. She was patient, compassionate, and always made sure our questions and concerns were handled with care. It truly made a difference knowing he was in good hands. Thank you Danielle and the entire team for your kindness and dedication!

I love the Therapy PT & OT Team, they do excellent work. The Recreation Team, has been a great improvement as well. The facility needs some improvement/ Renovation, from the 3rd floor to the 8th floor but overall it’s clean. Nursing staff and CNA staff is great. Love their SPA it’s so beautiful inside and the staff is very pleasant.
