I would give zero stars if I could. They consistently miss deadlines and offer apologies that don’t lead to any real change. Nothing is ever completed on time, and the lack of accountability is frustrating. If you value your time and peace of mind, I strongly recommend staying away.

Best Care truly fits their name. I've been with several other companies and no one comes close to the professionalism, attentiveness and responsiveness of Best Care's staff. You get treated like an individual and not a number. They are reasonable to work with and flexible as much as they can be. They seem to really like their jobs and also my caregivers appreciate them as well. They also sponsor many things in the disability community so they support the disability community and don't just care about profit. They care about people as it should be!
