I cannot highly recommend Lesa Dowell with Hillsdale Real Estate Group enough. She recently helped us sell my late father’s home, and her incredible attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism made an incredibly difficult time so much easier for our family. Lesa was supportive every single step of the way, always keeping our best interests at heart. If you are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and highly professional realtor in Bermuda Village, look no further than Lesa!

Selling our grandmother's condo in Bermuda Run Villages was an emotional process, and we couldn't have asked for a better Realtor than Lesa Dowell with Hillsdale Real Estate Group. Lesa's knowledge of the Bermuda Run Villages community and the local real estate market is exceptional. She took the time to understand our family's goals, especially what we needed to net from the sale, and her negotiation skills helped us achieve a great outcome. Throughout the entire process, Lesa was attentive, professional, and compassionate. Her communication was outstanding—she kept our entire family informed every step of the way and made sure we always knew what to expect. We truly felt supported and cared for during what could have been a stressful experience. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated Realtor, we highly recommend Lesa Dowell. Thank you for making the sale of our grandmother's home such a positive experience.

My father resides at Bermuda Village. This past weekend, my sister and I, with the amazing support of Bermuda Village’s hospitality and activities personnel, threw our father an 80th birthday party on-site. The space provided was beautiful and comfortable for our guests, and the food was delicious. I was initially concerned about the logistics of planning such an event because I do not live in NC and needed to fly in the night before the party. Heather and Alison were incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond what my sister and I expected, even suggesting that I ship decorations directly to Bermuda Village so that they could be assembled and displayed while I was en route. I would highly recommend Bermuda Village for your party or event.

Worked with Lesa Dowell in finding and purchasing our retirement home at Bermuda Village. She was very diligent in identifying and showing us properties that might suit us. She connected us with two experienced contractors who gave us great advice and design ideas and an interior designer at Haverty’s who was extremely helpful in arranging our new home. Lesa was extremely good at hearing our needs and knowledgeable about the amenities and benefits of Bermuda Village living and the added advantages of Bermuda Run membership. Finally, she has been extremely helpful in preparing for, and making our move, even to sending lunch for us on move in day! Lesa is a great person, realtor, and resource!

My grandmother was at Bermuda Village for short term rehab. She had such a great experience. She raved about how nice and accommodating the staff were. She loved the therapy group and was able to go back home in only a few weeks. The management staff were great as well. They kept my mom and Aunt informed about what the next steps are as well as setting her up with therapy at home.
