My husband spent 4 weeks at Berkshire Post Acute Care. He was admitted following a hospitalization due to non-rehab health issues. We believed that rehab could help him return to better physical strength and ability. The sraff members we met at Berkshire were extremely kind, professional and helpful to him as well as the rest of our family. The administrative staff were supportive from my first tour of the facility, through his admission and even after he was discharged home. Wonderful people.

My mom was so happy during her respite stay. When she’s happy, I’m happy. For this reason, I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is considering placing their parent or loved one here. Let me begin with Brenda and Tanisha. These two nurses have an amazing spirit and they treat you like family. They handled my questions and frustrations with true professionalism, straightforwardness, and most of all compassion. The Social Worker Suzan and the Director of Admissions Maria who are very helpful and make you feel like you matter when they talk to you. And the cute blonde lady at the front desk… I think her name was Carol… she’s a doll and sweet Mia at the front desk who has the most beautiful smile. First impressions are important for me especially the minute you walk into any nursing home facility. In addition, my mom seemed more alert coming home making this facility the #1 choice for us in the future :) The care is good. The staff are amazing hard workers, and the admin are very professional caring and attentive. Thank you for taking good care of my mom!

Five Stars I am so grateful for the wonderful care my mom receives at Berkshire. The facility is excellent, and she is always clean, well-fed.<br>​The entire staff is incredible. Amanda and the nursing team are absolutely amazing. Mercedes provides outstanding, loving direct care for my mother every single day. Additionally, the social worker, Susan, has been an absolute blessing, guiding and supporting me through this entire process.<br>​Thank you all for giving me peace of mind and taking such fantastic care of my mom

In the very delicate climate of post-acute care facilities, this facility and staff has compassion and communication, two important things that other facilities in the same realm seemingly lack. My mother was at another facility, which was not a great experience and we moved her to Berkshire Llanfare at Wayne a few months ago. Since then, my mother has been thriving. The communication has been excellent . The team works together in a cohesive and integrated manner. All team members check in with their concerns to try to circumvent any problems that may arise. This is an amazing facility and I highly recommend it.
