My grandma recently stayed at Berkley Post-Acute after hip surgery, and our family could not be more grateful for the care she received. The facility was always very clean, welcoming, and full of activities that kept residents engaged and happy. What impressed us most was how quickly she was able to get back on her feet and walking again thanks to the incredible staff and treatment team.
Everyone there was so compassionate and attentive. A huge thank you to Maral (Charge Nurse - Treatment), Tanya (Social Services Director), Luz (Case Manager), Nico (Charge Nurse), Trevor (Administrator), and Laura and Kenya from Activities. Every single one of them treated my grandma with genuine empathy, patience, and kindness during her recovery.

The Director of Nursing, Carina, is attentive and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to support both patients and their families, especially when it comes to navigating insurance and billing. They clearly explain coverage and patient responsibility and are always willing to answer questions in a way that is easy to understand.
Housekeeping also goes above and beyond to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment throughout the facility.
In addition, the activities department is amazing. They offer a variety of engaging activities that help keep residents active, social, and in good spirits. It is reassuring to be in a facility that not only focuses on quality of care, but also prioritizes overall well-being and quality of life.
My family and I are very happy with all of the services provided here and truly appreciate the care and support we recieve.
I can't say enough about the care my mom received during her stay here back in January. From the moment she arrived, we felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. I especially want to recognize Rosa Castro, her CNA, who went above and beyond every single day. Our family will always be thankful for the care my mother received during her 20+ days rehabilitation stay after a fall last November. From the moment she arrived, the nursing staff treated her with genuine compassion, patience, and dignity, giving us much-needed peace of mind. From the beginning, the care has been truly outstanding. The nursing staff is attentive, responsive, and takes concerns seriously. Whenever my wife has had a medical issue, including symptoms that needed evaluation, they have acted promptly and responsibly.
The CNAs are consistently kind, patient, and supportive. They go out of their way to make residents feel comfortable and cared for, which has meant so much to our family.
The facility also provides excellent physical therapy services while maintaining a high level of medical oversight. It’s rare to find both combined so well in one place.
I would especially like to recognize Trevor, the administrator. He has always been supportive, kind, and incredibly responsive. Any time I have reached out with a concern or question, he has taken it seriously and acted right away. His leadership and genuine care make a meaningful difference for both residents and families.
Most importantly, I feel confident that my wife is safe here. Given her medical and mobility needs, that peace of mind is invaluable.
