Wanted to highlight Benjamin Healthcare. Although we are lucky to have many choices in mass, I’d like to share how I appreciate the dedicated team and a strong sense of community they have established. I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with the Benjamin for over 15 years, and it’s always nice to see so many familiar, caring faces when I visit. Their longevity says a lot about the care there. The team truly knows their residents and families well and works thoughtfully to support their individual needs. They also do a great job collaborating with outside providers to enhance care. Changes as always occur, but the heart of the Benjamin has always been at the forefront. I look forward to continuing to work with them to support our community.

I recently had the opportunity to learn more about the rehab team here and was really impressed by the dedication and compassion they show toward their patients. It's clear that the therapists truly care about helping people regain independence and improve their quality of life. The team works hard and it shows in the positive environment they create.

Shoutout! To the Benjamin Healthcare Center, the current administration team, and all employees of the facility. Their unwavering commitment to maintaining the center’s operations has been truly commendable. The facility’s exceptional staff and heartwarming atmosphere were evident during a recent open house, where families overwhelmingly outnumbered vendors and employees. The food was flavorful, tasty and delicious! The testimonies from the families were heartwarming and served as a testament to the effective leadership implemented by the administration team. The Benjamin Healthcare Center holds a special place in our community. It is essential that we continue to support its employees, residents, and families. By doing so, we can help elevate this facility to new heights and ensure its continued success.

The scent was quite delightful despite what everyone else is saying. Of all the nursing homes I've been to, the staff has by far been the kindest here! As someone born in raised in the South, I'm used to the hospitality over there. This places makes me feel right at home! My grandchildren were happy to visit and see how bright I was! Thank You Edgar Benjamin Healthcare Center!

When I last visited my mom on the 4th of July at the Benjamin Healthcare Facility. She was telling me how nice all the staff were and trying to introduce me to everyone. Since, the new management has taken over you can see the difference. Staff had brought her lunch, removed the tray afterwards and cleaned up. She was given a nice ice cream treat which she loved and checked on her as well to see if she needed assistance; the response was appropriate and timely. The lobby, has been updated with staff being present and helping you to gain access. The room bathroom was clean with no smells. In addition, the nursing staff always calls with an update on her progress. Also, has her prepared when we request to take her out for a Holiday Day Celebration with our family. Although, the facility went through a serious fight with the previous management. We were able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day celebration in the lower level room at the Benjamin. I’m pleased and would recommend the Benjamin.
