I highly recommend looking at, and choosing, Benedictine Living Community in La Crosse. I just moved my mom into the Villas and I cannot say enough good things about all the staff, the facilities, and the amenities. My mother was a long term care nurse, nurse administrator, and early in the home health area, and so my family knows a lot about what constitutes good care and good people. Benedictine is just that. My family feels so blessed to know she is somewhere she enjoys and we know her needs are being met. Thank you to everyone at Benedictine who helped the transition go smoothly especially given the short turnaround time we had and my being out of state. You are appreciated and applauded!

We helped move my aunt into her apartment after a fall. She was ambivalent about losing her independence, but realizes now that she can still live independently but has caring people to help when needed. She enjoys the activities, talking with others and has made new acquaintances quickly. The residents all seem to enjoy living here and watch out for one another as well. The building has been refreshed and the common areas are much brighter and updated. The staff have all been very nice and are quick to answer concerns my aunt and/or the family has. Now that things have settled down a little for my aunt, she tells me she is very happy living there. We live 2.5 hours away so it is such a relief to know that she is happy, safe and has help available if she needs it!

We are very happy our mom found a new and loving community in Benedictine living community of LaCrosse. This is a very special place the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about what is needed with everyone there. They have absolutely made my mom feel welcomed and comfortable . I would recommend this for anyone that needs a friendly community. 5 stars all the way around.

Sarah from Social Services has been outstandingly attentive regarding the needs of my mom, and she performs outstandingly in communicating among our family the status and needs of our mom. She has a kind and genuinely caring heart toward my mom. What a blessing to know that my mom is being cared for, particularly since we do not live locally. Thank you, thank you, a thousand times thank you!! ❤️😀❤️

The first thing that caught my attention when I walked into the BLC La Crosse facility was the cleanliness and fresh smell of the skilled nursing facility. I then noticed the staff were hospitable and provided compassionate care to all the residents. It was a happy joyful environment where people enjoyed living and working. That was two years ago, September of 2022, and I have found those first impressions to be true, and further found the passion and dedication of the staff to be authentic. It is Midwest Hospitality on display every day. I am proud to be part of the amazing Benedictine Living Community where people are loved and encouraged to be there best selves.
