I can't say enough nice things about BSJ. They provided wonderful care to my mother-in-law. Everyone we crossed paths with at BSJ was caring, friendly and professional. Thanks to the wonderful folks there.

My husband was a resident at BSJ in 2025 for rehab after a broken femur. He had many other major medical issues as well. BSJ went above and beyond my expectations of care in all aspects. I simply cannot express my gratitude enough to all staff for their care of Doug plus their actions/sympathy after his sudden fatal heart attack.
I appreciate all of you.

My friend has been a resident of Shelby Terrace for several years. I continue to be impressed with so many things about the facility, primarily that he receives great care and support and feels the comforts of home. The staff are amazing and residents have a calendar full of activities. It is a wonderful place and I highly recommend without reservation.

My partner of 43 years was at BSJ for 5 years with dementia. I was very impressed with the care she received and can't say enough good things about all the staff. I'm a retired nurse with very high standards and BSJ met them all, personally and professionally. I have and will continue to recomend BSJ to all. You couldn't do better for your loved ones.

Our mother was admitted to the BSJ rehab section in mid June of this year. On the day of her admission, we were greeted with such warmth, kindness and professionalism that I cried with relief when leaving that day, feeling that mom was in very good hands…and they did not disappoint!! It’s been over a month now, and the professional staff (Adam and Sierra in Physical Therapy, and Nurse Mgrs, Tisha and Emily) have done an outstanding job of developing and implementing a care plan for mom’s recovery, and we are so pleased with her progress. We also appreciate that any ideas or questions we have are passed along to the appropriate providers and addressed in a timely manner. And last, the facility is clean, the rooms are roomy, and mom says the food is great! I can’t imagine a better place for her to be and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you BSJ staff!
Daughters Cathy and Karen
