Workers are mean and rude, they'll take the food you leave for your loved one, they abused my step-grandma verbally and physically, they have mice or rats, needless to say it's a careless facility. She was moved to the UofM and is in a better spot, she had legitimate reason with evidence so there's no need to question, this place is horrible. It only has 4 stars because it only has 12 reviews. Sure you may have a few good workers but it's not worth putting your loved one through. Last review was a year ago, here's an update for anyone interested in this run down shanty.
