Don’t know how the care is because I was gone in 15 min. Lobby smelled of urine, place was rundown and a bit institutional. My impression was that the residents were pretty disabled and it was veering toward a nursing home rather than assisted living. Salesperson had to reschedule the visit, then when I got there, they weren’t there. The random staff member who met with me couldn’t tell me prices, or articulate a plausible staffing plan. If you can’t run a business properly, you don’t know if your staff are giving good, bad, or no care.

I do not recommend this facility. The staff at The Belvedere have repeatedly shown neglect and abusive behavior toward residents. Residents are not treated with dignity or respect, and their needs are often ignored. Instead of providing a safe and caring environment, the facility fails to uphold basic standards of compassion and professionalism. Families should be very cautious before considering this place for their loved ones.If you care about your loved one’s safety, well-being, and quality of life, I strongly advise looking at other facility.

I visited this establishment today, and what I witnessed was deeply concerning. The receptionist displayed a lack of professionalism and compassion. As one resident attempted to exit through the front door, the receptionist forcefully grabbed the individual by the hand and pulled them away. While I understand the need to ensure resident safety, the level of force used was excessive and could have easily caused harm.<br>What was even more troubling was the absence of any administrative response. Despite the commotion, no administrator, case manager, or supervisory staff came forward to address or de-escalate the situation.<br>The overall condition of the facility is also concerning. The building appears to be deteriorating, residents seem to require greater care and attention, and the staff appear overworked and insufficient in number.<br>I strongly urge families to exercise caution when considering this facility for their loved ones
