Your night crew treated my 85 year old mom horribly. She had to leave because she couldn't sleep and didn't feel safe. They neglected her meds, no breathing treatments, el al. Do not take your loved ones there

My great aunt was there for 2 weeks. Here’s my honest review. It is our responsibility as loving, caring family members to visit our loved ones in these facilities as much as possible. Most of them/us don’t have the financial situation to make sure they are experiencing a more luxurious stay. The staff at Belterra did what they were paid to do. Some did better than others, that’s life. It is a basic facility to help your loved ones get the help they need to move on to the next step of their recovery. The staff is very busy. So at night time/middle of the night, your loved one may not get the immediate help that they need to get to the toilet. At the end of the day, I don’t have any real complaints. Tip: Make sure you/loved one asks the name of every staff member who enters their room. And remember you have to do your part to make sure your family is safe here or anywhere else. I do want to give a shoutout to Jennifer! Thank you!

Please do not bring your loved ones here. Staff is rude, patients are ignored and treatment is an all round disappointment.

The facility has a lot of specialists to provide the most effective care for patients. The therapist are amazing and there is multiple options for the best possible outcome for patients. 16 therapist who work together for the maximum benefit of each patient.
