I’m very happy with the care my father received here. Monica was absolutely wonderful and her staff was incredible and very attentive. The entire home was always very clean, spacious, and well put together. My father enjoyed the activities and conversing with other residents. I am very grateful and happy I chose to place my father here!!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Bellevue Senior Living and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one. Monica is incredibly dedicated to her residents and genuinely cares about their comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life. It is obvious that this is much more than just a business to her.<br><br>The home itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and truly feels like a home rather than a facility. My mother’s individual preferences and needs are taken seriously, and the care she receives feels genuinely personalized. There is a level of warmth and familiarity here that I simply have not found in any of the other care homes I toured. I am incredibly grateful to Monica and her staff for the excellent care they provide my mother.

Bellevue Senior Living has been an excellent place for our Mother. She was one of the first clients to move in April 2025. My brothers and I had done an extensive search as our Mother is very particular about her needs and had live in an apartment prior.<br><br>Monica Dubei was excellent for the very beginning in understanding our Mother’s needs and addressing all her and our concerns.<br><br>The move in and adjustment process went much better than we expected. This was due to Monica and her excellent team.<br><br>Our Mother was especially concerned about the food to meet her needs. She simply raves about the food - fresh, home prepared and nutritious.<br><br>Now, 16 months later, our Mother is doing well and enjoying the staff and facility.<br><br>My brothers and I are grateful to have found Bellevue Senior Living and Monica!

Our initial interactions with the owner were warm and reassuring. Unfortunately, our experience after our grandfather was admitted did not match our initial impression. After one visit, some family members were blocked by the owner from visiting him for approximately two weeks before he passed away.<br><br>I can only speak to what our family personally experienced. Being separated from someone we had spent decades loving and caring for during his final weeks is something we will never forget.<br><br>A warm first impression and beautiful surroundings are only part of the picture. Families should ask detailed questions about visitation, communication, family involvement, and how concerns are handled. I would also encourage families to ask about the medical background and credentials of the care team, and how clinical concerns are escalated - questions I'd recommend to anyone evaluating a care facility.
