Bella Vista is a hidden gem in southwest Mesa! The moment we entered we were impressed by the beautiful, elegant foyer and the genuine, friendly greeting from the front desk receptionist. We met with Sheri Simpson who was absolutely outstanding! She spent the time to learn about our needs and shared her incredible knowledge while providing various options available to us. As we toured Bella Vista, we observed the wonderful, family community environment and various staff providing exceptional care to residents. The Bella Vista property is very clean and well maintained inside and outside. They offer an extensive variety of activities on and off the premises. The apartment floorplans are idea for independent living and conveniently located within the complex. We would highly recommend checking out Bella Vista Senior Living!

The level of genuine care demonstrated by Bella Vista’s leadership manifests in the culture of the facility, its cleanliness and the responsiveness of the staff. There is not a staff person there who my family has not felt was personally engaged in accommodating the residents. At the risk of neglecting to name others who should also be recognized, I have to give a shout out to Adriana, Sheri and Teri for their professionalism and compassion. We placed my 91 year old mother in an independent living apartment there four months ago following the sudden death of her husband of nearly 70 years. Her son had died less than a week earlier at Christmas. My mother has a fair degree of dementia and could not live alone. There had been no preparation for my mother to move into senior living and she was resistant to making the move. However, the Bella Vista team was most welcoming during one of the lowest moments in my mother’s life and helped her rapidly integrate into the Bella Vista community. My mother loves her apartment and frequently comments about how friendly everyone is. I am so grateful that we found Bella Vista for my mother.

I have toured a lot of senior living facilities,but Im extremely impressed with Bella Vista. What impressed me is how engaged the residents are with each other and with the 45 clubs that cater to their interests. The leadership team at Bella Vista, in particular Sheri Simpson, focuses their efforts on the needs and well being of the residents,by finding many ways to provide a happy, inclusive environment for the residents. One conversation with Sheri, convinced me that they would give my brother a great living experience at Bella Vista. He will move in this week!

Bella Vista has been a great home for my mother in law for about a year and a half. She is very involved with the BINGO crowd and loves going to this activity 3x/week. Since her spouse has passed away, there are many activities to keep her occupied and interested. There is even a shuttle bus that takes the residents to Walmart, the grocery store or church. Being 3 meals a day are provided, going to shop for groceries isn’t required, but it’s good to have an outing once in a while. The staff has a lovely way of checking on all residents every single day to ensure safety and health. We feel confident that she is loved and looked after every single day. We have made suggestions to the staff and they are receptive and welcoming to these ideas. We are happy she is living her best life!!!

It’s been our experience that Terry and Dominic of the Activities staff do an outstanding job at monitoring and hosting a variety of activities for Bella Vista Senior Community.
