BeeHive Homes of Herriman is an assisted living and memory care community in Herriman, Utah, founded in December 2020 by Clarke and Maren Hilbig. The community offers assisted living, memory care, respite care, and day care services designed to serve seniors who need support with activities of daily living while maintaining independence.
Assisted living residents receive 24-hour support from certified nursing assistants, with a registered nurse on call around the clock. Each resident has a private bedroom with an ADA shower, and the community provides medication monitoring and documentation, housekeeping and laundry services, and meals prepared daily and approved by a dietitian, plus snacks. The community organizes social activities, outings, and daily opportunities for physical and mental exercise.
Memory care services address the needs of seniors with memory loss and dementia through personalized care plans. The professional staff conducts assessments upon admission and regularly thereafter to identify and adjust to each resident's changing needs, recognizing individual differences and preferences to elicit positive responses.
Respite and day care options serve residents needing temporary care, whether for recovery after surgery or illness, vacation coverage, or caregiving relief. Temporary residents enjoy furnished rooms, three home-cooked meals daily with snacks, interaction with residents and staff, and activities tailored to their specific needs.
The community maintains flexible visiting hours adjusted to accommodate family and resident needs. Couples rooms are available, and residents may generally remain at BeeHive Homes through end of life, with exceptions for safety concerns or those requiring 24-hour skilled nursing services. For nursing needs, doctors may order home health services to visit the home.
