My Father In Law had been in and out of Beecher Manor this last year. There is no such thing as a perfect nursing home and I know a lot of the staff are working long hours and the nurse to patient ratio can be hard. Plus I know personally I could never do what these folks do. We were frustrated at times for him, but 90% of the time we found caring compassionate people - they knew him by name when he came back and he was glad to see them. I cannot remember everyone’s name but Dee, Jan, Vicky, Vanessa, Judy, Clayton, Deaven, Palestine, Monique, and so many more were wonderful. So my apologies to anyone I forgot or if I spelled your name incorrectly. Unfortunately Dad passed away last Friday and even at that time this team took care of everything and even mourned with us and gave us hugs like family. Also as for the facility itself it is extremely clean…. Some rooms need an upgrade and other rooms are a bit newer. But overall we were pleased with our experience.
