I give a 5 star rating to staff but a big star to mr Andy. My sister has been in this facility for almost two yrs. My sister is very important to me. I go to this facility everyday single day to see my sister. My sister has brain damage and she can't walk. Everyone knows horror stories about nursing homes, and I will always make sure that she is okay. She is my best friend. With saying that I can honestly say that from first hand experience that Mr Andy over this facility is a really good dude and he really does his job. He isn't there for a pay check. He is approachable with any thing. He is listening to families and he is paying attention to patients needs. He came in with actions and makes a difference. With staff there as well. These ppl all the way down to the workers are doing their job. I do not have to worry about my sister being neglected here. I definitely recommend this facility for your loved ones. They will be taking care of correctly and for me it's very important. Thank you to everyone who really cares about my sister bc there is a lot of y'all. And thank you Mr Andy for allowing my whole family to come into y'all's facility and having thanksgiving with my sister. Family is important and thank you for knowing that.
