When my daughter arrived there from the hospital around 430pm she was served dinner. At 730pm I arrived and her dinner was still sitting on the table. I asked the nurse if someone was going to feed her because my daughter is quadrapledgic. The nurse asked me, " is she a feeder"? I said yes that she can't move. That told me that when she was dropped off, NOBODY ever, check on her! She didn't ever have a depend on! The place sticks and is filthy! I've seen dog pens in better shape than this place!

The staff that I encountered were gracious and when my cousin transitioned (she was only in your facility one day), they cleaned her up and allowed the family time to grieve. The kitchen staff provided snacks. The nurse and other staff were very hospitable. Otherwise , the facility was clean just need some paint.

unless you have no place else to take your loved ones then this is all you have. Please check daily on you loved ones, front desk staff on the weekends unprofessional, never have enough supplies for patients. Always a smell in halls, no communication between staff. Timing for call light response is horrible. Proper protocols for fall risk patients does not exist in that facility. This place is a place that you would use if you have no were else to go. And remember if its not documented then it never happened and they believe in that saying. So just check on your loved ones everyday and ask to see your loved ones documentation. If I could give a zero I would :-(

I really enjoyed my visit with my sister. I have one complaint when you visit and you need an excuse for your job just so that they know you were there to visit your love one and Noone answers your calls. They need to help especially when they from traveling a 1000 miles away just to see our Love one.

I think the people I talked to did the best they could with a difficult situation. You require I take a lot of time to type in my name my address my email address and so on every time I come. I resent this very much I don't have that kind of stupid time for you. Besides that you probably don't have the right to ask me what my email address for you and what mail address is i'm not sure about that. The thought that you would deny the only who contacts the one I visit The privilege of visiting her unless I give you this information is probably illegal. I'm not upset with your personnel I do have a problem with your policy. Those of us who live in the computer age know that you can darn well remember my address and my email address and connect it with my name and stop asking me to enter it every time. That's how we live to day try to get with it will you.
